Education: Graduated from Friends
University in 1984 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mass Communications
with an emphasis in broadcasting and speech. She received her Juris
Doctorate in 1989 from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, KS.
Professional History: Denise
began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with Sedgwick
County. She worked there for 12 years and focused primarily in the
areas of sex crimes and domestic violence. Denise began work for the
Immigration Law Office in 2002 where she focused solely on Immigration
Law. In 2004, Denise opened a solo practice in Winfield, KS where she
worked in the areas of family law and criminal defense. In 2006, she
opened an office in Wichita, KS.

Education: Whitney graduated from
Friends University in 2011 with a bachelor’s of science in criminal
justice and pre-law. She received her juris doctorate from Washburn
University School of Law in 2014. While attending Washburn, she was a
member of Phi Alpha Delta, participated in the Jessup International Moot
Court Trial Team, completed an internship with Kansas Legal Services in
Wichita, KS and spent a semester working in the Immigration and Family
Law Clinics.
Professional History: Whitney has worked for the Law Office of Denise Donnelly-Mills since receiving her juris doctorate degree in 2014.
